On March 4, Valerie gave birth to our second son, Benjamin Arthur Wijbrandus. A healthy newborn boy, Benjamin came in at 8 pounds 10 ounces, and 21.5 inches in length. Both mom and new baby are doing well, and have been readily accepted into the family by both older brother and the various household pets. Photos have been uploaded into the gallery, and will be added as time permits.

Spent a lot of time cleaning up and finishing the photo album, including scanning numerous new comic book covers. I also started the upload process for many of the historical pictures of my son George. Those pictures are organized by year, and then listed chronologically, but there is still a bit of work to be done with grouping them up.

Holidays are busy times |

The holidays are coming, and with it lots of work.
My job has gotten very busy with the current migration project I am working on, the deadline is shortly after Christmas. As a result, everyone is in rush mode right now, trying to keep up with the tasks.
Christmas shopping is also busy this time of year, compounded by the number of birthdays and anniversarys that fall here as well. It doesnt help that the store lines are very long, so this year I am thinking online shopping is the way to go :).
And our Warcraft guild has been very active recently, with the split and formation of a raiding guild. Fortunately, the design has worked very well, and our progress has been substantial. Of course, we set its deadline for Christmas as well.
It all adds up to minimal free time between now and Christmas, and then the hopes of a free schedule following. Of course, by then, the next big project will be here, and the routine starts all over again.

Has not been much happening with the site recently, other than the obvious face-lift. Borrowing from our active World of Warcraft guild, I am retrofitting the template for my own use.
I am however hoping to add content as time goes by, or at least the occasional note. Bear with me, like many of my projects, I tend to get distracted.
